PERMANENT MAGNET OVERBAND

How it works

Installed above a conveyor, the Overband Magnet generates a powerful, high‑intensity magnetic field that lifts ferrous metals from the material flow below. A continuously moving belt carries the captured metal away from the magnet, allowing the cleaned product to continue along the conveyor without interruption.

This non‑contact separation method ensures efficient, reliable removal of steel and iron while maintaining full throughput and consistent processing performance.
