Cable recycling plants will usually incorporate several magnetic separators to remove ferrous metal at different stages. There can still be a very low fraction of ferrous particles left in the copper granules and a simple final clean up is required.
The Copper Cleaner is a free-standing magnetic separator with simple operation. It allows all finished product to pass over the very high intensity magnetic face where remaining ferrous particles are held to the surface.
